How much are Penalty Charge Notices (PCN’s)
There are two charges, a higher and lower level, and the one that applies depends on the contravention that has occurred.
This could be £70 discounted to £35 if paid within the first 14 days of when the Notice was issued/served, or £50 discounted to £25 if paid within the first 14 days of when the Notice was issued/served.
How to Pay

By Telephone:

By Post to:
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council, Cashiers Dept, Town Hall, Coton Road,
Nuneaton CV11 5AA. Cheques or Postal Orders should be crossed and made payable to
Nuneaton and Bedworth Borough Council.
Please write the PCN number on the back of the cheque or postal order and enclose the tear off slip from the bottom of the notice.

All cases will be considered on their individual circumstances.
If the Penalty Charge Notice is not paid or challenged:
If the Penalty Charge Notice is not paid on or before the end of a 28 day period, or successfully challenged, the Council may serve a Notice to Owner (NtO) on the owner of the vehicle requiring payment of the PCN.
The owner can make representation to the Council and may appeal to an independent adjudicator if those representations are rejected. The NtO will contain instructions for doing this.
