Calling All Landlords

Local landlords are invited to attend the next Landlord Forum which will take place on Wednesday, January 25 between 7-9pm.

A buffet is kindly being provided by Lloyds Bank and will be available from 6.30pm. The forum will be held here at the Town Hall, Coton Road, Nuneaton.

Working with the National Landlords Association, it has been arranged for some speakers to attend to talk about various financial areas which will be useful given the current climate. The speakers will be:

Glynn Jones, Bank of England’s Deputy Agent for the West Midlands & Oxfordshire. He will provide a briefing on the bank’s outlook for the UK economy, the contrasts in sectoral performance and prospects for the region.
Ranvir Turna, Associate Director, Financial Markets Division, Lloyds TSB Bank - Managing your interest rate risk in uncertain times.
Matt Ruff, Relationship Manager - Property, Lloyds TSB Bank - Funding the local property market.

The agenda for the Forum will be sent to all confirmed attendees in due course along with further details. Anyone wishing to ask questions of the Council's housing team is asked to arrive at 6.30pm as there will be limited time for questions at the end of the forum.
