You can make your complaint by phone or e-mail to the service manager using either the departmental contacts or the contact information in the A-Z of services directory.
 
If you are unsure who to complain to, use our on-line complaint form. Your complaint will be dealt with by our customer services staff.
 
If your complaint is of a severe or serious nature (you as complainant should be the judge of this) for example :-
 
  • You have a grievance due to an unfair decision or service
  • You are responding to an unwelcome decision you want to challenge
  • Failure by the Council to administer and deliver our services
 
You can make a formal complaint to the Chief Executive, Independent of the service you are complaining about.
