The Council offers a grant / loan package to help owners and in some cases, landlords, to repair and improve housing. The financial assistance is means tested. Depending on the works being carried out the loan aspect may attract interest charges.

 

 

 

Loans do not have to be repaid until the house is sold or transferred to a new owner. If you have problems with repairs to your home then contact the Council and more advice can be provided.
