A total of 1,124 homes have received new fascias, soffits and rainwater goods, as set out in the graph below, there is currently no contract in place for further work to be carried out.
The new fascias and soffits enhance the appearance of the properties and surrounding area as well as greatly reducing on-going maintenance costs for many years to come.
