Landlords Forum – Please come and join us
The landlord forum will be held quarterly and they are open to all private sector landlords and agents working within the Nuneaton & Bedworth area. We want to listen to, consult and involve landlords and agents. You can help ensure that the topics discussed at future forums are topical, relevant and accessible by attending the forum.
We want to work closely with landlords to identify incentives and benefits that will be most attractive to a wide range of landlords and encourage partnership working. At previous landlord forum meetings the agenda included the following:
- Dealing with difficult tenants
- Fire safety
- Welfare and benefit information
- Changes in legislation
We are always interested in ideas for the forum and the newsletter that will be periodically sent to landlords on our mailing list.
